Timislot Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Timislot ("timislot", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at timislot.im. By accessing or using the timislot platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If a material change is made, timislot will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the timislot platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Timislot takes age verification seriously and may request documentation at any time to confirm a player's age. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately closed and all associated funds returned after deduction of any bonuses received.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on timislot. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under a different name, mobile number, email address, or payment method by the same person — are strictly prohibited. If timislot identifies that a player holds more than one account, it reserves the right to close all accounts except the original, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through the duplicate account.

Registration Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your timislot account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

Geographic Eligibility: The timislot platform is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. Timislot does not warrant that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your timislot account login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. Timislot will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Verification (KYC): Timislot may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of a request may be suspended.

Account Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your timislot account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements that have not been met.

All deposits and account balances at timislot are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Timislot does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Declined Deposits: Timislot cannot accept responsibility for deposits that are declined by your payment provider. Timislot offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional bonus-specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. Bonus terms will always be displayed clearly before you accept a bonus.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses at timislot are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements at timislot typically range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount and must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal amount, though large withdrawals may require completion of enhanced KYC verification before processing.

Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Timislot does not send withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your name.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between you and timislot in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform should first be raised with timislot's customer support team, who will attempt to resolve it within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, timislot will provide written reasons for its decision. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal legal process.

Timislot's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, technical results, or the interpretation of bonus terms is final, provided that such decision is consistent with the published game rules and these Terms.
